License agreement

The program Winginx™ (the program), is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The exclusive right for the program, its source code, the use of its name and its graphic logo (Winginx™) is owned by its author. The program is distributed by the author free of charge. Installing of the program provides to the user unlimited rights to its private use, and also provides rights to distribute it as part of other software product, where its use is essential and sufficient for such distribution. The user has no right to examine the source code of the program, decompile, modify the program or hide the title and / or the name of the author of the program without prior permission of the author. The user may not distribute the program in any way, whether on a paid or free basis, unless otherwise specified.

Limitation of Liability

This software is provided AS IS without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances the author shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any damages of any kind caused by this program, including without limitation loss of profits or data loss, or for any direct, indirect, exemplary, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Miscellaneous provisions

This license agreement does not extend to other programs and components that shipped with the program.
